How long does it take to receive my order?
We usually process orders in 1-3 business days after which the order is shipped. Please see our shipping page for more details on shipping delivery times -> Shipping
Is my order traceable?
Yes, we use EMS courier for shipping our orders, and each order will have its own tracking number, which you can personally track on the EMS page. Please see our shipping page for more details -> Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship world-wide.
What are your shipping rates?
The shipping rates are set by EMS courier and vary depending on the country of destination. If you wish to know the exact shipping rate, check this on the checkout page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you accept refunds?
Yes, we do, provided that you inform us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving it, and that you send the item back to us within 21 days of receiving it.
We accept exchanges, but please note that we do not accept exchanges once an item has been custom made or tailored to fit your measurements

Do you accept credit or debit cards for payment?
Yes, at the moment we use the 2Checkout platform to process our credit card and debit card payments. We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express cards. On the checkout page, there will be an option to pay using your debit or credit card, after which you will be re-directed to the 2Checkout platform to complete your payment on a secure platform.
The platform is safe and secure, and has been used by many online stores around the world.
I want to pay using PayPal, is this possible?
Yes, choose the PayPal Option when checking out on our page.
Can I pay for my purchase in any currency?
All credit card and debit card payments on our online store are processed in US Dollars. However, you may use the currency converter on the navigation page to check the equivalent pricing of the items in Kenyan Shillings, Euros or British Pounds. On the checkout page, your order will then be converted to US Dollars, which is based on the exchange rate at the time of completing your order.
We accept payment in Kenya Shillings if you opt to pay with M-PESA or Bank Transfer.
Which payment options do you accept?
You can pay online with Paypal OR your VISA/American Express/MasterCard debit or credit card. Alternatively, you can pay using a bank transfer or M-PESA (details are provided upon checking out).
If my item needs adjustments, can you help me?
Yes, we offer the first adjustments for free. Shipping and Delivery costs will be carried by the customer, unless a special arrangement is made with Kahaari.
Do you make custom-tailored outfits?
Due to the unique and limited prints that we source, most of our outfits are ready-to wear. However, we will gladly make measurement adjustments to items in the event that an item you have ordered needs some changes.
Our "made to order" outfits will be marked clearly on the website, and we have a special page for these outfits here.
For our "made to order" outfits, you can either choose one of our standard sizes or provide us with your measurements, as specified on the page of the item in which you are interested.
Our "made to order" outfits take 10 working days to complete.
